Carlos was super helpful in diagnosing and repairing our water heater. He came up with a temporary solution for us that restored hot water day of, then worked with the manufacturer to obtain a replacement part at no cost to us. He fixed the water heater when the part arrived and was always on time, professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

Carlos is AWESOME! We had a house full of guests including our kids and our 5 grandkids (all under age 5) when our hot water heater stopped working. It was a disaster. Little kids definitely don’t like cold baths. I called Carlos and he answered immediately. He diagnosed the problem over the phone using FaceTime, on the spot, and we had hot water back within minutes. He never had to come out and he never charged us anything!
